Studio Policies
Deposits
All deposits and session fees are non refundable, but transferable if rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment. Downloads have to be done within 30 days of original appointment date or else all images will be lost.
Proofing your Photos
All sessions, unless otherwise noted, require a viewing session. Viewing sessions will be made 1-3 weeks after your shoot, depending on availability.
- Missed or rescheduled viewings are subject to a $25 fee
- Viewing sessions are an hour long. Most clients take about 30 minutes. Failure to make final decision and request for an additional viewing is subject to a $25 fee, and subject to availability.
- Online galleries are available for 30 days after event.
Retouching
All photos come "retouched" This means a general computer generated skin smoothing, Cropping, Color Styling, Clairity. We do NOT hand retouch photos unless requested during the viewing. Hand photoshopping is an extra charge. Depending on what needs to be done, prices vary from $5-$45 per photo.
Photography During Session
ABSOLUTELY no photography or video, during session. This includes your cell phone. The session will be cut short if you are asked more then once to put away your phone.
A behind the scene video is available for $99. This service MUST be booked in advance and is subject to availability.
Animals in the Studio
All pets are NOT allowed in the studio. Service animals protected under the law are allowed in the studio.
Photographer Request
If you would like to request a photographer and be guaranteed to have them shoot for you, please call the studio at 702-517-4438 so we can note on your appointment that you would like a particular photographer. The fee is $50 for photographer request. Fee must be paid upfront and is subject to photographer availability.
